“Then the temple of God in heaven was opened, and the ark of His covenant appeared in His temple. And there were flashes of lightning, and rumblings, and peals of thunder, and an earthquake, and a great hailstorm” (Revelation 11:19)

Abstract: The only place in the Book of Revelation where “the ark of His covenant” is seen or mentioned, is Chapter 11, verse 19.
We will try to parse and understand the visions I had received of the Mohawk Valley Arch (see post, “The Vision of the Mohawk Valley Entrance 5/9/2015”) describing the arch and the visions I had received first in the years 2000 and 1993.

THE ARK COMES UP FROM THE SOUTH
This leads to a vision I had recently received on September 20, 2021. And how this relates to the Lord’s New Emerging Church forming upon the earth. In this vision, I saw an ox-driven cart carrying “the ark of the covenant”. As the cart entered through the great arch leading into Marcola Road and the Mohawk Valley, a blinding white flash as if lightning appeared to my eyes. After the cart had passed through the arch, it continued at a slow even pace. I could see the wooden wheels wobbling along in a steady progression along the road.
I knew instantly this was the story told in I Samuel Chapter 6 of the new cart coming up from Palestine carrying the “the ark of the covenant”. I was astonished at the sight and I was puzzled at what was the spiritual meaning was in this vision of the cart passing through the great arch into the Mohawk Valley.
The Scripture in the New Testament Bible that I Samuel Chapter 6 is pointing to is found in Revelation 11:19.
“Then the temple of God in heaven was opened, and the ark of His covenant appeared in His temple. And there were flashes of lightning, and rumblings, and peals of thunder, and an earthquake, and a great hailstorm” (Revelation 11:19)
In Revelation 11:19, the Apostle John wrote down and described what he was seeing,
“Then the temple of God in heaven was opened, and the ark of His covenant appeared in His temple”
This is the only time in the Book of Revelation “the ark of His Covenant” is seen.
Around 1993, I was reading 1 Kings Chapter 10, The Queen of Sheba visits Solomon. At that time I was given a vision to my mind of a cart or caravan coming up from the South. It seemed it was so far away, all I could see was it was traveling in a dusty and dry desert in the distance. I wish I could have seen the vision better. Over the years I kept seeing the vision. I was perplexed and did not know what the spiritual meaning was. That was until September 2021, when I was given a vision of the ox-driven cart passing through the Marcola Arch Entrance (see post “Vision of the Mohawk Valley Entrance 5/9/2015”)
Suddenly everything from 28 years of not understanding these visions was coming full circle. The Lord was opening my understanding. In the vision from 1 Kings Chapter 10, I could barely see the cart in the distance coming up from the South. In the year 2000, the vision of the massive arch into the Mohawk Valley appeared. Suddenly on September 20, 2021, the cart of Queen Sheba reappeared in a vision passing through the great arch of the Lord, but this time it appeared in its true form revealed as “the ark of His covenant” as seen by the Apostle John in Revelation 11:19.
Over the years all these visions and revelations that I had written down, dated, and put on the shelf, were now making sense. They were coalescing and coming together to form a complete picture.

Passage From, “Apocalypse Explained” by Emanuel Swedenborg, Bible commentary on Revelation 11:19 (emphasis mine)
“And there was seen in his temple the ark of His Covenant”,
signifies (expresses the meaning of) Divine truth (coming from the Lord in heaven), by which there is conjunction (the joining together of) with the Lord. This is evident from the signification (expresses the meaning of) of “the ark of the Covenant,” as being divine truth (coming from the Lord in heaven) proceeding (holy spirit coming forth) from the Lord.
“The ark of the Covenant” was seen (by the Apostle John Revelation 11:19), because “the temple” appeared, and the ark was in the midst of the temple at Jerusalem, and in it were placed the two tables of the law, which signify in a universal sense divine truth proceeding from the Lord, thus the Lord Himself, who is Divine truth (all power coming forth from the Word-Bible) in the heavens; for which reason the Lord is called the Word (Bible), in John 1:1, 2, 14. This is the signification (message intended or expressed) of “the ark,” because the “tent of meeting” (the tabernacle) represented the three heavens,
its 1) court the lowest or first heaven;
the 2) tent itself as far as the veil, wherein were the tables for the loaves, the altar of incense, and the lampstand, represented (things that pointed to the Lord Jesus) the middle or second heaven;
and 3) the ark, which was within the veil, upon which was the mercy-seat with the cherubim, represented (things that pointed to the Lord Jesus) the inmost or third heaven;
and the law (ten commandments) itself which was in the ark,
represented the Lord in relation to Divine truth or the Word (Bible); and because there is conjunction (something that joins or connects) with the Lord by means of the Word (Bible), that the ark was called “the ark of the Covenant,” “covenant” signifying conjunction (something that joins or connects), That the tent or tabernacle represented (accurately or precisely) the form of heaven, and, together with the court, represented the three heavens, and that the holy of holies, which was the inmost, where the ark was, within which were the tables of the law, represented the third or inmost heaven, and that the law or testimony represented the Lord Himself.
Consequently that the law (The Ten Commandments or two tables of the law) promulgated on Mount Sinai (Moses and the Law) was called a “covenant,” and the ark containing the law “the ark of the Covenant,“
That the ark with the covenant or testimony inclosed (to surround completely) signifies the Lord in respect to the celestial Divine (God in human form) which is divine truth (Word-Bible) in the inmost or third heaven.

So we can see from the representative meaning of “the ark of the covenant” from Revelation 11:19, the Swedenborg Bible commentary almost entirely expounds on the “spiritual meaning”
I prefer to define the “spiritual meaning” of the Bible as to how the angels in heaven read the Holy Bible or “Books” in their heaven. They now dwell (live) in a spiritual realm, they, therefore, cannot read the Bible (Books) as those in the natural realm read and understand it. But in a spiritual form as the letters and words appear to their understanding in the spiritual realm.
Using this hypothesis that this commentary is correct, we can see “the ark of His covenant” that the Apostle John saw in Revelation 11:19 means Divine Truth, coming from the Lord in heaven will come down from the highest third heaven where the Lord in human form, Jesus Christ dwells in the highest form of the Word–Bible. It will absolutely delight all in the lower heavens with inexpressible joy and happiness! Their Lord is finally coming into view as never seen before as He was hidden by misconceptions and lies about His holy character.
As the Divine Truth coming from the Lord Jesus in heaven continues its descent (holy spirit flow) even into the world and into the church on earth it will either be accepted with joy and happiness or be rejected in anger and wrath.
For we see in the second part of the Revelation 11:19 verse, the Apostle John wrote, “And there were flashes of lightning and rumblings, and peals of thunder, and an earthquake, and a great hailstorm”
Without going into great detail here, this signifies (expresses the meaning of) great spiritual conflict (Hebrews 4:12). But for the purpose here, we will show how it applies to the New Emerging Church. The ark will be accepted with joy and happiness within the New Emerging Church and the old institutional church for those who are willing to accept the new wine and manna from heaven!
