Abstract: We will continue to attempt to explain the spiritual importance of comprehending Scripture from its spiritual meaning.
The academic purpose of this paper is to expose and explain the importance of the spiritual meaning of the Bible (“WORD”). This is essentially the understanding of the Bible (“WORD”) that exists in a plane of understanding that exists above the literal and historical meaning that we have in this world. In other words, how it is read and understood by the residents of heaven. We will attempt to examine the concepts and importance of reading and understanding the Bible from a spiritual sense. This will be a key component of the New Emerging Church on the earth.

Bold highlighting = important terms and concepts. Blue Bold highlighting = Words, terms and concepts containing primarily a spiritual sense. Red Bold highlighting = Words, terms, and concepts containing a sense directly related to The Lord Himself. Gray Bold highlighting = Words, terms, and concepts relating to Evil and Hell.
As was discussed in Part I, it is an indisputable fact that the mythical “Body of Christ” is a church body that exists not only in this world and on this earth but in the realm of God’s heaven also.
For this reason, God gave us His Inspired WORD, the Bible
“Every Scripture is God-breathed (given by His inspiration) and profitable for instruction, for reproof and conviction of sin, for correction of error and discipline in obedience, [and] for training in righteousness (in holy living, in conformity to God’s will in thought, purpose, and action), So that the man of God may be complete and proficient, well fitted and thoroughly equipped for every good work” (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
In Part I, we also put forth the proposition this leaves the church on earth with one glaring problem. We in the church who exist temporarily on this planet exist in a natural realm. The church that exists in heaven exists in a spiritual realm.
And that there exists at this day within the church on earth and the church in heaven no substantial link or connection between each other, even though each part was created to be a part of the Lord’s kingdom.
The New Emerging Church will through the Lord’s power and instruction will remedy this deficiency
One of the worst offending culprits is the modern Christian church model. Whether it be Catholic or Protestant. They are both corrupt and vile institutions.
The early church established by the Lord Jesus evolved naturally according to the plan and purpose of the Lord. A plan that had been masterfully conceived in the LOVE of the creator.
But anything left only to the control of men (people) goes from beautiful to something sickly and dying
The early church that is described in the Book of Acts was nearly extinguished in an astonishingly short period of time. Because the Lord Himself had just appeared in the form of a man upon the earth. The image of LOVE, TRUTH, perfection, and beauty and been so quickly forgotten.
Constantine the Great and Christianity
“During the reign of the Roman Emperor Constantine the Great (AD 306–337), Christianity began to transition to the dominant religion of the Roman Empire. Historians remain uncertain about Constantine’s reasons for favoring Christianity, and theologians and historians have often argued about which form of early Christianity he subscribed to. There is no consensus among scholars as to whether he adopted his mother Helena’s Christianity in his youth, or, as claimed by Eusebius of Caesarea, encouraged her to convert to the faith he had adopted himself”. (Wikipedia, “Constantine”)
Many claim this was helpful in spreading Christianity around the world. And in the natural realm, this may appear to be true. But in the spiritual realm, this was a disaster. Constantine instituted a form of Christianity in which were defined the church on earth and how it would be conducted and run. We have these very same church models existing today.
I would suggest if you would like to explore this concept more, Frank A. Viola has devoted his career to writing books outlining and warning of these spiritual errors.
However, in reality, it effectively removed Jesus Christ as the head of the church on earth and put it in the hands of institutions and the people controlling them
As before, may I suggest a prophetic document called “The Vision of the Body of Christ, and the End Time Ministries” by Tommy Hicks (1961). Below is a link from Charisma News and also a link to download the document in PDF format.
